Service provided as-is
Flow is provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that transfers will always succeed, that the service will be available at all times, or that it will work on every network or device.
No guarantee of delivery
File transfers rely on a direct peer-to-peer connection between two browsers. Some networks — such as corporate firewalls, certain mobile networks, or VPNs — may prevent this connection from being established. We are not responsible for failed transfers.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you send and receive using Flow. You must not use Flow to transfer illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable law.
No illegal content
Using Flow to distribute illegal content — including but not limited to malware, pirated software, or material that violates any law — is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability
VoxWind is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use or inability to use Flow, including transfer failures, data loss, or misuse of the service by any party.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Flow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
